Who is Alpha to Omega Travels?

Alpha to Omega Travels is a full service online travel company that makes travel arrangements for individuals and groups. ATOT is your opportunity to experience the vacation of a lifetime designed with personal attention, passion, and the best service the travel industry has to offer. Alpha to Omega Travels is owned by Ncheri Entertainment.

What are the current operating hours of Alpha to Omega Travels?

Temporarily, our business operating hours are Monday-Friday, from 9AM to 7PM EST. Our online booking portal will continue to operate 24/7. We will evaluate bringing these service offerings back when travel demands increase.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do I have to make a payment every month?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Are there any penalties for paying my vacation off early?

No. You can make early payments and even pay off your entire vacation without paying any penalties or fees.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

What happens after I make my reservations?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is setup by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option. (Pay in full)

After I make my first reservation, how do I make monthly payments?

Your payments will be automatically withdrawn via Partial Pay installment plan.

Do you provide roommate matching?

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.

What happens if my roommate drops out and cancel their reservation?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.

Is Alpha to Omega Travels a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with TRUE and CLIA. We also hold a $1M general liability insurance policy and E&O insurance.

What payments do you accept?

For group events, we accept online payments, bank auto draft payments and PartialyPay installment payment plans. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee. Most borrowers set up AutoPay at checkout to have their monthly payments pulled from their bank accounts or charged to their debit cards automatically. PartialyPay lets you manage your payment methods.
